OUR SECRET
Our dough is the result of time and care: we leave it to ferment naturally for 48 hours, so that it develops its best aromas, lightness, and digestibility. We use a blend of three high-quality Caputo flours, chosen to ensure crispiness on the outside and softness on the inside. The result is a pizza that combines authentic flavor and maximum delicacy, designed to be light and enjoyable until the very last bite.
